Category 3 initials include the letters M and W measure approximately 3/4" by 5/8" and include .56 ct. total weight in sapphires. Please indicate your selection of initial, style of birth-date engraving, classic Roman numerals or traditional numerals and the desired date. Your Sapphire Birthday Initial will be delivered in a handsome gift box and will include a matching 16” chain of the same material in which we make your pendant. Brilliant sapphires are then hand-selected and precisely measured to ensure perfect balance and fit. All stones meet the stringent John Christian quality standard. Crafted in PūrLuxium™, 14K White Gold or Platinum. Please note that for all other initials please go back and select Category 1 or for "I" and "J" select Category 2.
