SHIPPING

All our products are shipped via UPS. Standard 2-3 week service shipping charge is $15.00. New! Three business day service now available. Click here for details.

For shipping addresses that are different from your credit card billing statement, PLEASE CALL your credit card issuing bank and add the address to your account. All credit card transactions are verified to the fullest extent.

Standard delivery orders are custom manufactured and shipped in two to three weeks.

FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. APO and FPO address will be shipped via United States Postal Service and will take a little more time to deliver. APO and FPO shipping and handling can vary from your order and you will be notified of any additional charges.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be not only be completely satisfied but impressed as well. Within 30 days of receiving your John Christian product if you don't feel we have done our best to exceed your expectations simply return it for a full no questions asked refund less any shipping or special handling charges! Please note that on products produced in Platinum, there will be a recycling charge on returns of up to $200 depending on the weight of the item.

At John Christian, we do not use any billing information for solicitation. You will not receive telephone solicitations.
