I must say it was a dream come true to finally get the ring I wanted for my husband for 20 years.  Allison Preslar helped me finalize my order by going above and beyond any customer service I've ever dealt with in the past.  I needed my husband's band for our 20th anniversary which we just happened to be going to Magnolia in Waco, TX but flew into Austin, TX.  Allison offered to meet in the cell phone parking lot.   Through crazy traffic she came and waiting for us to meet her.  Through strings of personal texts we finally met up.  The ring was a HUGE surprise as my husband wondered who I knew and was meeting in Austin, TX!  It fit and didn't need to be resized.  Allison made our anniversary PERFECT!  She is a superstar in your organization.
