1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Choose "Holiday Delivery" at checkout for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
2. Can you produce my order any quicker than three weeks?
Yes, we are currently shipping all items to be delivered prior to Christmas.
3. What company do you use for shipping?
We use United Parcel Service.
4. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
Yes, we ship to most countries, a complete list is available during the checkout process.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover,
and money orders.
6. If I do not like my merchandise, may I return it?
We want you to not only be completely satisfied but impressed as well. Within 30 days of receiving your John Christian product if you don't feel we have done our best to exceed your expectations simply return it for a full no questions asked refund less any shipping or special handling charges! Please note that on products produced in Platinum, there will be a refining charge on returns of up to $200 depending on the weight of the item.
7. How do I get my finger sized?
Due to the custom nature of our products, ordering the correct size is important. Need your finger sized?
Download our PDF Sizer and follow the directions shown. We also include a sizer in our brochure. Regardless, we will adjust any ring size free of charge within the first 30 days of shipment.
8. What do I do if my ring is the wrong size?
Within the first 30 days of receiving your ring we will adjust the size for no additional charge. After this period we will resize or remake your ring as required to adhere to our strict quality standards in the correct size for a $100 charge plus shipping. Please note there is an additional $200 refining fee on items originally manufactured in Platinum and additional charges may occur on products that contain diamonds. This will be done upon receipt of the original ring. Note: any resize or repair work done to the ring outside our factory will void the warranty.
9. What if I need work done to my jewelry item after the initial 30 day Size and Satisfaction Guarantee?
We completely stand behind our excellent workmanship; during the first year from the original ship date any defect in craftsmanship, will be be repaired or remade as required at no charge. For items requiring service one year or more from the original shipment date, we will repair/remake the item for a flat fee of $100 plus return shipping. Please note there is an additional $200 refining fee on items originally manufactured in Platinum and additional charges may occur on products that contain diamonds. The new item will have a one-year limited warranty, just as if it were new!
10. Can I add a name to my Mother’s Jewelry if I have another child?
For a charge of $100 plus shipping, we will remake the item with the additional name, and birthstone if applicable. Simply return the item to us along with the appropriate information and payment and the remade item will be returned to you in approximately three weeks. Please note there is an additional $200 refining fee on items originally manufactured in Platinum and additional charges may occur on products that contain diamonds.
11. Can the rings be made in another width not shown?
No, the rings are only available in the widths shown.
12. Do you use antiquing on the rings?
Except for Family Crest items, the products we produce for sale are not antiqued. Any other item that appears darkened is only done in the photo to show contrast.
13. Do you mount or set stones in your rings?
We offer bezel set diamonds and birthstones on many of our styles, please call us for details and a quote.
14. What symbols are available?
The symbols that we have available are the heart, cross, dove, daisy and Greek letters. We will custom make any symbol for a $100 additional charge.
15. Can you use my style of lettering?
Because of the complex nature of the tooling and production we only offer the letter styles you see listed.
16. Can the Exprès ring have the Posey lettering?
Yes, but the ring will still appear like the Posey ring in construction.
17. Does the cross come in any other style?
We only have one cross style with the style of the lettering shown.
18. Can I use another phrase on the Posey ring?
Only the phases indicated are available. You can take advantage of the custom features of the Exprès to suit most any personalized need.
19. Do you make items in Platinum?
Yes, many of our products are available in platinum. Please visit our Platinum Information page for details.
20. Do you reverse the material, or change the names to be in white gold and the rest in yellow?
No, we have specifically designed our products to look their best in the metal combination displayed.
21. How many characters will a ring hold?
The Exprès will hold approximately 32 characters including date but will vary with finger size. We can add more letters, but for the best appearance, this is what we suggest.
22. Can I get a ring without any letters?
Yes, but only on one-piece rings. The blank space will appear like the background on our standard rings.
23. What is PūrLuxium™?
PūrLuxium™ is our proprietary jeweler's stainless steel alloy. It is similar in color to White Gold or Platinum, and is extremely hard, much like Titanium. It is hypoallergenic as well, so it is perfect for those with sensitive skin.
24. What is the PūrLuxium™ Lifetime Warranty?
Our new PūrLuxium™ fine jeweler's stainless steel has the look of platinum combined with the hardness of titanium. We are so confident about our new proprietary metal that we will include a complimentary lifetime manufacturer's warranty on any item ordered in this revolutionary alloy. We will repair, refinish or resize any PūrLuxium™ John Christian design at our expense for as long as you own it.
